Coach Dan Brown

Coach Dan has been with Methuen Youth Lacrosse for 9 years! He began coaching for his oldest son's 3/4 team. Through those years he has helped our players to develop into well trained lacrosse players who are committed to improving.

Over the years Coach Dan has been a phenomenal coach and mentor for the players, and is even a stick whisperer. On multiple occasions, you can find Coach Dan working with a player, not even on his team, because he saw something in their mechanics that he could help with or an issue with their stick that needed new stringing and he was fixing it on the spot. Not only does he have the knowledge of the game from being a collegiate player but he also has a calming demeanor when instructing the players at all levels. .

Because he has always been a positive, fun and encouraging member of the MYL family, Coach Dan has earned this Coach of the Week Spotlight.
